College Readiness: Ensure all new members have been admitted and prepared to attend a post-secondary educational institution with the intentions to pursue a STEM degree.

Professional Development: Prepare students to create a collegiate level resume and become familiar with networking tools, such as LinkedIn or collegiate social and academic groups.
